First thing Amanda (my favorite waitress in all the world) said to us was &#8220;Did you guys get married?&#8221; Just out of the blue. She&#8217;s psychic. We said, nope, but we&#8217;re engaged, then she oggled over the ring in just the right way and congratulated us. I asked her what prompted her to ask if we were married and she said she had no idea. So I told her she was magic, and she agreed whole-heartedly. I really do think as a waitress you develope a kind of sixth sense. I remember astounding people with my ability to read their minds, sometimes even before they had the thought.<\/p>\n<p>If you ever have the opportunity to oggle over someone&#8217;s engagement ring, you should go for it. I love showing off the ring.
