Add cranberries, orange juice, sugar, dried fruit, and spices to a saucepan. bring to a boil and lower heat to a slow simmer. Once about half of the cranberries have popped, remove from heat and let cool. Don&#8217;t worry, when the cranberries are hot, they will look really soupy, they will thicken as they cool.
