I used all yogurt instead of half yogurt half mayonnaise and I believe you definitely need a little mayo in there but cut the tartness of the yogurt. There&#8217;s a little bit of chicken and waldorf salad left. I thought I&#8217;d try making a wheat berry, chicken Waldorf salad today.
