He is a believer that Bertillon on Ile Saint<\/p>\n<p>Louis is the best ice cream in the world. I had to find out for myself.<\/p>\n<p>I had the noisette on sugar cone. Noisette is hazelnut for you french<\/p>\n<p>impaired. It&#8217;s one of my most favorite flavors in the world. It is good<\/p>\n<p>and sweet and creamy. The cone is toasty and crunchy. It is a fine ice<\/p>\n<p>cream but I&#8217;m sorry, it cannot compare with the best of Rome&#8217;s ice<\/p>\n<p>creams. I&#8217;ll give it a close second.
