Two pounds. This news would usually make me ecstatic but as I&#8217;m pregnant and should be gaining weight, not loosing it, this is bad news. It means I&#8217;ve technically lost 3 pounds. Since I cut out simple carbs and sugar, it&#8217;s been challenging to get enough calories, try as I might. So I&#8217;m instilling a new rule, second breakfast every day, and probably second dinner too. I am usually hungry before bed but I&#8217;m too tired to do anything about it, or to think of anything interesting to eat. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I lost weight this week.
