The ones that only get cleaned when you move in or you move out. I&#8217;m always moving. Maybe I need to learn how to stay.<\/p>\n<p>The ants are some kind of metaphor or test. They are uncovering all the spots in the house that are full of dirt. I haven&#8217;t really learned how to clean those deep dark places. Growing up I never stayed anywhere long enough to care. Maybe I&#8217;ve been scared if I cleaned too much, the walls would just fall down.<\/p>\n<p>Things I cleaned:<br \/>\ntrash can<br \/>\nhand prints from the doors and light switches<br \/>\ndust that builds up around the moulding<br \/>\nutensil bin<br \/>\nthe old cast iron pan that was full of dust and grease<br \/>\nbleached the mold from the shower<br \/>\nbleached the mold from around the sink<br \/>\nwiped the grease off the walls near the stove<br \/>\nscrubbed the toilet<br \/>\ntooth brush holder<br \/>\ncoffee maker<br \/>\nrefridgerator<br \/>\ncupboards<br \/>\nthrew out the old jam in the fridge<br \/>\nrecycling bin<br \/>\ndrain plug for the bath tub<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I cleaned all of the nasty places that you never bother to clean.
