Fears I have:
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 I won’t get the book deal and I’ll be up shit creek for money. I could really use a book advance right about now.
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 I will get the book deal and it will break me into little pieces
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 Art school will put me in large amounts of debt
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 Art school will further disillusion me about art and it’s purpose on this planet
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 I will go back to being a website production monkey after blowing my wad on art school
\n\u00e2?\u00a2 My art is stupid and pointless<\/p>\n

And actually, if that’s all I’m worried about, I’d say I’m doing pretty good. It’s normal to be confused about art, because, well, it’s confusing. I may never resolve that and I’m fine with that. I have my good days and bad days. What’s a little debt when it’s gotten through higher education. Money to live off of? I’ll figure it out. I’m resourceful.<\/p>\n

\nAnd on an even brighter note, looks like someone is buying the whale and squid painting<\/a>, and even happier, I think it’s the person that the painting was made for. She’s a marine biologist that fell in love with it at last year’s open studios. I’m so happy, but I will be so sad to let it go.
