I have 32 packets of gelatin and a lot of time on my hands. Tomorrow will be tomato and eggplant aspic with fresh pesto. Hopefully I can faithfully reproduce the amazing tomato aspic I had in France. I&#8217;ve had france on the brain all day. Even more than usual.<\/p>\n<p>I might try to do a drawing in the morning if I wake up before the sweltering heat kicks in.
