I’ll let you know if it gets resolved.

Hi Rocket,

I have been using Rocket Postcards for a few years now and have never had a problem. So I recommended you to my teacher when he needed to have postcards done for a show. I designed and uploaded the cards. When he went to pick up the cards, the front design was very badly placed. The original design was a floating design with plenty of white space around the edges. The person working at the time told him that the printing plate had slid underneath the plate in front of it and had caused the printing error. The person was very inflexible in trying to find a solution. They wanted to charge Glen twice in order to reprint the card; full price minus 25% for the rejects plus full price for reprints. They also said the reprint wouldn’t be ready until Friday. They refused to do rush printing without charging even more money. Finally, completely frustrated, Glen walked out of there with horribly printed cards for 30% off full price. This is unacceptable. This was not the fault of the design! You admitted blame yet would refuse to try and make good! Why are we paying for your mistakes?

Letter sent to customer service at Rocket Postcards in San Francisco.
