Tom and I are celebrating seven great years together this weeekend. We met on a Memorial Day Rafting trip so we get to celebrate our anniversary over the extended weekend every year. Yesterday we woke up, ate breakfast at Art’s cafe in inner sunset, got haircuts, then headed to the Aquarium at Pier 39 for some fishies. Then back to inner sunset for some Peasant Pies at Tom’s. A nice pre dinner nap with the old lady then dinner at Limon in the Mission. Yum, such good food. We had post dinner drinks at my old haunt, the 500 Club then home for some Battlestar Galactica episodes. Tom got me a felting book and a drawing book as an anniversary gift. My gift to him is still in the mail because I lag… such a bad girlfriend. We have friends coming for dinner tonight and we’ll be sharing some bubbly left over from last weekend’s engagement party. We are just party animals these days.
