Apple number 3 was eaten with a bowl of Müsli from Heather. The apple was a Honey Crisp. Heather gave me a large bag of Müsli when I told her Jackson Place Cafe had the best Müsli I’d ever had. The stuff she gave me is heavy and tough while the Jackson Place Cafe stuff is light and airy, like a crisp, spring day. Still I love that she gave me Müsli, we’ve barely been on speaking terms for years and the giving of cereal is a huge step in the healing of our friendship. So I will eat her Müsli and smile. The Honey Crisp was light and crisp. Very delicious. Today I am lightening the load around the house and studio, taking things to Goodwill and clearing out some furniture and unnecessary clutter the studio, so the apple fits the day.
