I did it, I finished the first 50% of my book. In the last month and a half I’ve written about 75,000 words give or take. I think I’ll have to do an official tally tomorrow. Now I’m going to sleep. I shall sleep long and hard tonight. This is a huge milestone for me. Really huge. Phew! Oh! and I got an A on my first Western Civ test. I think I’m getting straight A’s in all four of my classes. What am I? Some kind of machine? I just knocked on wood.
I told Tom tonight that when I’m done with this book, I’m not going to do anything. I’m going to get an unchallenging day job and come home at night and watch television. He doesn’t believe me. Neither do I. I miss painting so bad right now.
