I was writing about printing and I had some crazy idea about taking photos of the different papers available for inkjet printing. I somehow forgot that my goal was to collect images for the print chapter. Anyway, I forgot because I was fascinated by cornucopia of all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner options there are. To make a long story short, I decided to buy me one of them there things. I have a million and one ways to justify it. Need a scanner for the hardware devices chapter, need to scan slides of my paintings, need to scan the finders keepers drawings, copying things is nice, tired of driving to flickerbox to fax things. Fax machine means the phone that we never use has another purpose in life. My printer doesn’t make the best images in the world and is old as the hills. Tax write offs are nice.
So there you have it. I am now the proud owner of an HP Photosmart 3310. I’m so excited! I have to wait a week or so for the slow as the hills super save shipping.
