It’s my due date for turning in the last 25% of the book. I am a couple days behind but I can already taste victory. I might be able to finish by tomorrow night. We are going to an Old 97s show on Sunday and I’ll proably behave like a stark raving maniac.
You know what’s nice about writing a book? I’m no stranger to pooring my heart out into my work but this book will be the first job where I actually get credit for the work I’ve done. And I suppose I’ll get blamed if it flops. But it won’t flop! It’s gonna be great! Like Tony the Tiger!
