Things I Ate in April 2011

We were so excited to move into our own house and get ourselves a deep freezer, we ended up getting a little too stocked up. So for the last two months or so, we’re trying to get through all our stocked up meats and veggies. Lots of this stuff is a result of our freezer backlog. Namely, pot roasts, pork cutlets, pumpkin, strawberries, blueberries, corn, gyozas, inari pockets, eggplant, chicken to name a few. We are just reaching the bottom of the freezer.
