How’s this for validation. The folks at the studio gallery were so
excited about my new series and they were the first ones to see the
pieces in person. I got a referral from the squat and gobble show.
Muldoon Elder, who used to run the vorpal gallery just wanted to call and
give me words of encouragement. He said I am a true artist. He said my
paintings are honest, genuine and wonderful. They have a primitive
quality and something more to offer than many.
I’m so touched he would be moved enough to take the time to call. And if
that’s not enough excitement for one day, tom is taking me to the tonga
room on a hot date tonight.
