It’s been less than two months since I started my “365 greens in 2013” campaign. I’ve hit 70 servings of greens since February 8th. The goal of eating 365 servings by the end of the year seems pretty darn easy. I’m liking my new leafy lifestyle, it’s definitely been easier than I thought. I figured I’d start off strong and by now I’d start to get sick of stuffing my mouth with leafy greens vegetables all the time but I find that if I don’t have greens by lunchtime, I feel like I’m missing something. Plus I’m loving my new blender which makes it even easier to get my greens.
Anyway, eat your greens! Now back to our regularly scheduled broadcast.
