I just never really got going today. I don’t know what happened. I did get in a really good workout at the track. I tried out my new PowerSox and nike trail runner shoes and my new pedometer, and new apple ipod armband. Boy, I’ve really been stocking up on the running gear. All worked satisfactorily. I think I will take the Nike Trail RUnners on the 12 miler this weekend and see if they are up for the challenge. I’ve been a Brooks girl for years. I kinda surprized they fit at all. I’ve never been able to wear Nikes. God, this is boring. Sorry. I’m just boring today. I’ve gotta go get jacked up on some Java and do some writing.
I wonder if my friend is done popping out her puppy and I hope she is ok. She went into the hospital Monday to have the kid and we haven’t heard a wink yet. I hope she is at the hospital resting and getting to know Emelyn.
