Life is just so good right now. Last night I got home to find my box of felting supplies had arrived. I spent the evening working on a little pirate water scene and I made this little flower for Tom. I like dry felting. It’s a little violent and dangerous, yet it produces cute little fluffy things. I think Tom was alittle afraid of my repetetive stabbing with sharp impelements.
I also received my grades from my first semester at CCA Yesterday. I got all A’s. I even managed to get an A+ which I didn’t even know was possible. I’m looking forward to my second semester. It will be a little sad not getting to sleep in anymore. I’ve had a really great winter break. Today I am frantically trying to finish the comforter cover for our bed. I may not make it. It’s been so good to be sewing again. I am feeling my inner crafter wake up and demand attention, and I am listening whole-heartedly.
