Today started off nice and slow. Mondays I have a noon to 6 class woodcut/linocut class. IWe got done at 3 today and I zipped down to Hida Tool and Hardware on San Pablo and Gilman in Berkeley for my very own set of Michi Issaku woodcutting tools and a sharpening stone. Cool store! After that I headed across the bridge to strech and gesso another canvas. Then loaded up the car and brought some canvases and paints to my studio at the SF campus. Saw Ehren working in her studio so I chatted for a while, then back home where I am now doing serious loads of laundry. Tomorrow I have a 9am to 3pm Interdisciplinary Drawing class with Kim Anno (yay!), then a 7pm to 10pm Children’s book illustration class. I’m in a bit of shock, going back to school. The break went fast.
