Ok, just kidding. the answer to the question is… I’m graduating today! I mean, I guess technically I’m already graduated, but today I get to dress in a black robe and wear a funny little velvet beret and they are going to give me a rolled up piece of blank vellum wrapped in ribbon and someone is going to take my picture shaking a stranger’s hand and then we are going back to the campus where they will feed us an get us drunk and then we go on with the rest of our lives. How’s that for a big day? I am wearing my fancy dress but sensible shoes. Because I’m a practical girl with a college degree. I get to wear the pearl necklace Tom got me as a graduation present. Hurray for me! Wish you were there. I felt like I couldn’t subject my friends to a gruelling ceremony but last night Mod asked if she could go! So I might have 5 special friends there to see me!
