Ok, before I start talking about the house, I had apples 55 and 56 today. They were Pinova’s. They are all over the place here and I’ve never seen them in SF.
Now for the house. I really shouldn’t be getting excited about it because they are doing a first come first serve thing on it, and some other guy said he was interested but would get back to them by next week. The woman who showed me the house is going to call him today and see if he’s interested or not. I think she wants to rent to me. I’m so ready to just take over that house now. I love, love, love it. I have never said “holy crap” more times than I have tonight, except for yesterday when I drove by this house without getting to go inside. Here’s a list:
- 1920s beautiful bungalow house
- Dogwood tree in the front yard
- Raised flower beds in the back yard
- Composter in the back yard
- Two large bedrooms

- Great little village 6 blocks away, half a dozen mid-range food options, bars, cafes, movie theatre, hardware store, cleaner, antique stores, grocery store, one nice restaurant, too many hair salons
