That’s right. EARLY morning. I woke up at 4 today. I would have just tried to lay there forever but I started obsessing over how long the croissants are going to need to rise. I want Azure and Jason to wake up to freshly baked croissants, besides, sleep is totally overrated. Now I gotta wait 24 minute for the butter to chill before rolling out my butter delivery devise two more times before slicing and rolling, followed by one and a half hours of rising. If I were a baker, I’d have to take a long trip every two weeks just to replenish my jetlag. This early morning stuff doesn’t come easy to me.
Ok ladies and gentlemen, I must go surf the web or something now. Maybe one more cup of tea, too.
