My encaustic audiophile series was chosen by the Portlandia art department to go sit in their prop closet. So this means maybe my work will end up being featured in a Portlandia Season 2 episode! How exciting is that? Considering how hard it’s been to get any work done since this crazy little creature was born, I’d say that’s pretty darn exciting! But she’s awake now, so I gotta go. I’ll try to post photos in a bit.
OK, here they are. So yeah, it’ll be months before I find out if any were used. So this is just a nice shot in the arm. Keeping me motivated. Juniper handled 5 hours of babysitting last week, so who knows, maybe I can start getting some regular weekly studio hours in. Fingers crossed.
