There is an artist studio available for rent in my building. The space and building is totally awesome. You can take the T line to just 1 block from the space or there is pretty close parking most of the time, though I’ve had a little trouble finding a spot if I get there during the week between 10 and 3. The space is about 300 sq feet and is $390 a month. You’d be sharing a large suite with two other very awesome artists. The space has great light.
