Today’s 10 mile Run

Well, I only ran a little bit. I went up to Twin Peaks and over each bump of what I affectionately call triple nipple mountain. Then down into Glen canyon, and back to Golden Gate park on 7th Ave. I don’t think I got in all 10 miles I was supposed to but that’s ok, I came close and I did a lot of steep climbing. The skies are so clear, there’s just a thin blanket of fog sitting on the water. I walked around all the houses that are nestled against Sutro Tower, it’s so nice up there. What a pleasant neighborhood. There was just the sliver of a moon hanging over the tower. I wished I had brought my camera. Someday they’ll put cameras in the backs of our eyes so we can record any moment we want to share. I’m also looking foreward to the ipod implant where the music is just in your head and you just have to put earplugs in your ears to block out the street noise. I like my armband ok I guess, but I wish I didn’t have to deal with the headphone chord all the time.

Last night we rode our bikes to the Beach Chalet and had beers and snacks at the bar. I like the world down by Ocean Beach. I doesn’t feel like San Francisco at all. Its like it’s own planet down there. Today I work for a while but I am thinking about making something fun for dinner. It’s probably just an excuse to go to the grocery store instead of getting going on work. Tom’s working today too. What are we, crazy? It’s so nice outside. I guess I had my fun in the sun, time to get to work.

I was thinking of questions to ask people to assess there personalities. Do you want to answer my question? Come on, it’ll be fun. Today it is cold cereal. What kinds of cereal do you like? List the top oh… let’s say three. How much milk do you put on your cereal? Do you drink the leftover milk?

Me, I like cherrios probably the best. Today I had some slightly sweetened organic toasted wheat bits from trader joes that were really good. I also really like corn flakey stuff especially the one with the liittle crunchy toasted almond bits. I put a pretty small amount of milk on my cereal. Sometimes just enough to toss the cereal in the milk, like its salad dressing or something. I always drink my leftovers. I like that it tastes like cereal.
