I just had a 10 miler today. I walked the whole way to let my knee get some more rest. It’s holding up ok but I’m still worried about it. I get this tracking problem with my knee cap and it gets to a point that there’s nothing I can do but wait. So far, after last week’s pain, it’s been mostly ok, just some weird pains now and then. I’m hoping if I just walk and focus on strength training, it’ll clear up. All last week I just walked and traded bike riding for yoga and pilates. Next week I have a 16 miler so I’m going to continue to be very good to my knee this week. I walked to the zoo and then down Judah. I stopped by the Art Waves Gallery on Judah to see David Grote’s paintings. He paints at my studio.
Last night we played some music. We are just working on some covers. It’s a lot of fun and sure beats staring at the tv all night.
