Tomato Basil Mozarella Fritatta

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
about 5 small mozzarella balls
about 5 small tomatoes
8 basil leaves
1 sprig of oregano
parmigiano reggiano
salt and pepper

preheat oven to 375°
Combine eggs, herbs, milk, salt and pepper
pour into a lightly oiled 10″ or 12″ le creuset frying pan or cast iron pan
slice tomatoes and mozzarella.
arrange tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkle with parmigiano cheese

Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set. Serve with a nice green salad.
