Week One Worked

I joined Weight Watchers one week ago. Despite Thanksgiving I lost 1 pound and I’m feeling really good about going back on Weight Watchers. Tom is being a sport too, eating meals heavy in veggies and light in starches and fat. I try to make things just as tasty and add other things like salami and bread for him. I have run 3 times in the last week and am starting to get my running legs back. I ran from the top of the island at Stow Lake to the DeYoung without stopping today. Little bits every couple days will get me stronger and healthier. This semester is quieter than last so it’s easier. I hope I can keep this up next semester with the added class load. I will.
