Country greens braised in veggie broth with garlic tahini sauce and sriracha. I love greens with tahini sauce so much, I’m wondering if I’m ever going to get tired of them. I never thought I’d say I loved greens of any kind.

Only 1 behind now. This is too easy so far. Country greens with falafel and garlic tahini sauce Quinoa pasta with roasted zucchini and brussels sprouts with basil pecan pesto. I’m counting the brussels sprouts as a leafy green.
