I’m at torodel for 4 days of relaxation and experimentation with aspics. I have 32 packets of gelatin and a lot of time on my hands. Tomorrow will be tomato and eggplant aspic with fresh pesto. Hopefully I can faithfully reproduce the amazing tomato aspic I had in France. I’ve had france on the brain all day. Even more than usual.
I might try to do a drawing in the morning if I wake up before the sweltering heat kicks in. Or maybe I’ll just pick lint out of my belly button, anything’s possible.
